Available Trims
Audi offers the Q5 in Komfort, Progressiv and Technik trims. All three are powered by a 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder engine, a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and Quattro AWD.
Standard Features
New standard items in Komfort trim are a first aid kit, blind spot monitoring, pre-sense rear and pre-sense city collision mitigation assists, and a 7.0-inch colour driver info display.
Q5 exterior features include 18-inch wheels, heated side mirrors, all-weather lights, a power tailgate, bi-xenon headlights with LED daytime running lights and taillights, rain-sensing wipers and automatic on/off headlights, aluminum roof rails, and high-gloss window surrounds.
The Q5's cabin comes fitted with Bluetooth, a 7.0-inch infotainment display, 10-speaker stereo, power front seats with driver lumbar, cruise control, three-zone automatic climate control, heated front seats, music interface with USB input, smartphone interface, drive modes, leather seating, satellite radio, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror.
Q5 safety items comprise a first aid kit, blind spot monitor, forward and rear collision mitigation, electric rear-door child locks, and tire pressure monitoring.
For 2020, Progressiv trim gains LED headlights with automatic high beams. It further adds 19-inch wheels, navigation, an 8.3-inch infotainment display, a heated steering wheel, a panoramic sunroof, passive keyless entry, hands-free power tailgate, front and rear parking sensors, power-folding side mirrors, driver's seat memory, Audi Connect services, aluminum dash inlays, and an integrated garage door opener.
Finally, Technik adds a power steering column for 2020, and also comes with trim-specific wheels, rear cross traffic alert, 360-degree exterior camera views, heated/cooled cupholders, heated rear seats, an exit warning system, B&O 3D stereo, and customizable ambient lighting.
Key Options
An advanced driver assistance package is newly available in Progressiv trim for 2020; to Progressiv and Technik, it adds adaptive cruise, traffic sign recognition, full-speed forward collision mitigation, active lane assist and traffic congestion assist.
A convenience option package for Komfort trim adds a heated steering wheel, front and rear parking sensors, driver's seat memory, passive keyless entry and power-folding/auto-dimming side mirrors.
A comfort interior package bundles ventilated sport seats and rear door sun shades in Progressiv and Technik trims.
Progressiv and Technik trims offer a pair of S line sport packages.
Fuel Economy
Audi's fuel consumption estimates for the Q5 are 10.9/8.7 L/100 km (city/highway).
