The 2.0-liter four-cylinder and optional 1.5-liter turbo deliver good fuel economy, and the turbo brings more oomph and readily available power. The continuously variable transmission amplifies the noise of the base engine; it works better with the turbo. The ride is comfortable, handling is precise, and the interior has a lot of storage space. However, the car's low stance means doing the limbo to get in and out. In addition, the front seats lack adjustable lumbar support, which could cause discomfort.

This is my 2nd NSX, and as a true dyed in the wool auto enthusiast who have purchased over 20 cars since 1996 that is saying a lot. I have owned far more expensive cars and far faster cars but the NSX will always have a special place in my heart and collection.

Timeless design, reliable, low ownership cost, closeknit enthusiast community and good aftermarket support. What more can one ask for.

If you can swing it, buy the nicest, newest version. Definitely pick up a NA2 with the 3.2L engine, 6 spd tranny and little creature comforts and refinements. Fixed roof is more ridgid but the targa lets you truly enjoy a summer vehicle.

Simply the NSX is an unbelievable car. Performs as well or better than any car in the world but it can be serviced anywhere. Nothing comes close and these have appreciated in value as true collector's cars.

Ayrton Senna (the greatest F1racer of all time) was involved in the design and testing and called it a "super car". To me, my 1991 is just Incredible!

I went to my friends mechanic shop and he had a Acura NSX fully built that he did. He got about 200 hp on it and lowered and all that fun stuff ( and turbo). It was all black and looked Bad arse. He let me take it for a spin and to tell you the truth, i felt that i was in a lambo. Fast and the body of the car looks pretty amazing for a 93s car.

Having just written a review of my regular daily driver; the Mercedes Benz E320 4Matic sedan, I thought I would share some thoughts on my summer vehicle: a 1991, I own a beautiful Pre-Owned summer car. I do not feel the need to recount the history of my famed Japanese Exotic car, and the majority of the auto enthusiast world acknowledges this legendary vehicle as not only an icon but as one of the most reliable user friendly enthusiast vehicle ever offered by a mainstream auto manufacturer. I have owned this particular example three times in the past fifteen years, having sold it and repurchased it each time repeating both the pleasure of the acquisition along with the remorse of the sale. In between each transaction a variety of rivals have occupied the Acura's spot in the garage, but none could fully replace that vehicles total competency and owner satisfaction. Ferraris with style can thrill but often break, Corvettes try hard but rattle and shake, a Porsche in every driveway is sadly true, so when it comes to a rare ride only the Acura will do . Best of all it is a Honda, from a company that back in 1989 turned the automotive world on its ear and will now do its magic on the aviation community with their new Jet. Note; ten years in development and production. Nonetheless,I truly cannot wait for the New NSX and can only imagine what wonderful technology the genius that is Honda will filter down and be bestowed upon this sure to be ground breaking Hybrid Super car. It will have been almost ten years since the last one produced and twenty five years after the launch of the original. Happily in this case, if history repeats itself as often is has, we are surely in for a treat.

The Acura NSX offers two distinct, mid-ship mounted powertrains. The first is a lightweight, all-aluminum 3.2 liter, DOHC, 24-valve, 90-degree V-6 engine coupled with a 6-speed, close-ratio manual transmission producing 290 horsepower and 224 lb-ft of torque. The second is a 3.0 liter DOHC, 24-valve V-6 engine with a 4-speed Sequential SportShift automatic transmission that generates 252 horsepower and 210 lb.-ft. of torque.

Both Acura NSX engines are equipped with Acura’s patented VTEC (Variable Valve Timing and Lift Electronic Control), a Variable Volume Induction System, direct ignition and a computerized Programmed Fuel Injection (PGM-FI) system pioneered in Formula One racing. The NSX engine also features titanium connecting rods, which are stronger and lighter than comparable steel connecting rods.

To complement these innovative powertrains, the Acura NSX chassis features an all-aluminum unit body construction that is 40 percent lighter, yet has the rigidity of a steel structure. The 4-wheel independent double-wishbone suspension features aluminum-alloy control arms and hub carriers that minimize unsprung weight and provide optimum handling. The suspension also features aluminum subframes for the front and rear suspension to further reduce weight. Forged-aluminum alloy wheels reduce unsprung weight while super high performance tires - 215/40 R17 in front and 255/40 R17 in the rear - provide maximum traction and handling.

The NSX’s braking system features large-diameter, ventilated four-wheel discs and an advanced 4-channel Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) for confident braking. A sophisticated Traction Control System (TCS) helps limit wheel-spin and enhances control.

I've had the car for 9 years, and it's never failed me. Even when my cousin drove it into her mail box, it continued to perform with a stunning integrity. Just a couple scratches, but otherwise good as new. I know people who have hit things much smaller and have had to have loads of work done, costing them a fortune. This car has been with me through good times and bad. I recommend it strongly.

This vehicle has been super useful. Not only was it comfortable but it is more powerful in long road trips, transportation. Even with little gas can be long road and it has been very useful. I recommend strongly Acura because of its comfort, its usefulness to the road and can do a lot of long road little gas.

This car is really amazing. The design looks nice and it is truly fast. The experience of driving it is excellent. There are a lot of features for this car. Having an in built gps system helps a lot and with back cameras, it makes parking in a parking lot super easy. Not only sitting in the driver seat is very comfortable but also in all the passenger seats with high quality leather seats. I don't think I could live without this car. The fuel economy of this car is great as well as it is part hybrid so it saves you a lot of money. Reliability of this car is excellent as it never let me down.

Beautiful and fast This NSX has always been garaged and driven with care to maintain its pristine condition.The NSX is known for its all aluminum chassis and low center of gravity. This combination produces a very light weight and nimble platform that provides handling like you have never experienced. The development of the NSX prompted exotic makers such as Ferrari to step up their game tremendously as it was a shocking development in the sports car world. The public was intrigued to find that Honda was capable of producing a vehicle that was able to compete with exotics that were much more expensive.

i think that is a great car, a great acura nsx and beautiful inside and beautiful outside too. i like the performance and nice motor too. i like the price and kilometrage too. so that all that i think about this car.
