Infiniti QX Sport Inspiration Revealed Ahead of Beijing Auto Show

The Beijing Auto Show doesn't start until Monday, but the new cars, trucks, and concepts are starting to trickle out already. Making sure to not miss the party, Infiniti has revealed photos of its new QX Sport Inspiration concept in advance of the public debut at the show on April 25th. Infiniti's look at a new premium mid-size SUV, the QX Sport Inspiration is intended to give insight into the brand's vision for future QX models and future brand styling. The styling is clearly Infiniti, with the brand's flared arches, flowing bodyside surfacing and prominent nose featuring their "human-eye" headlamps.

Inside is a very driver-focused cockpit, with the infotainment display and center stack controls canted toward the driver, and the center console rises to actually block the passenger from reaching them. It also has a flat-bottomed steering wheel and heavily bolstered seats that look like they're designed to accommodate a four-point harness. Don't expect those details to make it to a production model, but the overall look is striking.

We expect more details and information to follow during the full debut, and we'll have them all for you as they become available.
