This is a car in which I learnt my driving, acquired my license, drove from Ontario to Texas and back, to Floria and back, to NB and back a number of times, still after running almost 200K I rely heavily on it, touchwood not for a single moment it has left me standed. I love it. Thanks a lot to Toyota for making such a car. Reliability is your other name.

250 000 km and still no major problems showing up. not even rust. very low on gas/milleage but a little uncomfortable for rides that will last over an hour. interior has nothing extraordinary only has the basics

i had this car for 2 years and it was great...took me everywhere i needed to go without any trouble...had a little accident and rode her off....she was pretty good on gas-it was a lot cheaper then...nice interior and extweior and reliable

My Toyota Corolla has always been reliable even in the coldest of Canadian winters. I have never had to "warm up" my car before zooming out of my garage. Very fuel effecient.

This Toyota corolla is a second-hand car. I bought it for my first car. It's very cheap but performance very good. Low price and low oil burned.

nice handling, would seem small if you were to have a bigger frame or body. the fuel economy is good i can get to work and back and fuel up only once a week. the interior design is sleek and chique but a downside is that you cannot have a custom radio

good on gas and very comfy its relible and the best car i have ever had i enjoy my car and wish that evryone had the same car or at least the same brand toyota crollas are the very best i love all car but not really i only like fords and toyotas if you have a ford or a toyota then you have a very relible car

I have had this car since 2003 and it has been AMAZING. Works great, and SO reliable! Knock on wood, but I have put such a minimal amount of money in this car, and it was for things that need to be done routinely (oil changes, old parts needing changed, etc.). But so far, at the age of 10 years old, not one big thing has happened to my car! I am now graduating university, and I don't have any plans in the near future to ever buy a new car, because mine works SO well!

Its a very also car, very nice to ride in one and can save a lot in car fuel. The negative part about this car is that i do not recommend it for a family of four because then it would be pretty squishy and very uncomfortable for long trip rides. But when you get used to it you wont mind.

I drive this car to commute every week for 11 years. It has not given me any trouble at all. I cannot find a reason to change a new car. I only changed a battery. Everything is still the original. I trust Toyota and will buy a new car from it.

Never had problems with this car - great on gas. Highly recommend it. Not the most luxurious of cars, but it gets you were you need to go reliably.
The only thing I would like to point out is the pick up on the car isn't great - too much revving to get it going on the highway.

We`ve had the corolla for six years now. It has never had anything done to it other then the routine replacement of brakes and whatnot. It is great on gas completely reliable, an dits not that bad to drive. It`s got good excelleration and it handles very well. I love my corolla and if it ever dies, i`m getting another one.

I have not had any major issues whatsoever with my toyota corolla so far. It has great fule economy, and I havent had to make any major repairs in the time i've had it. For the price it is well wort it and I would recomend it to anyone who is looking for a average reliable vehicle.

Toyota Corolla's are known to be reliable, very economic with fuel, and well priced so i'm glad to say that i got what i was looking for.

The external appearance of the Corolla can be viewed as a bit plain and boring. Personally i drive the "S" (sport) model which includes a side skirt and rear spoiler that makes it stand out a little more than the many other Corolla's out there.

The internal appearance is also a bit boring since it consists of mainly upholstery and a matte plastic material. No leather or chrome to be found here. Dials are well placed and nothing seems out of place.

Overall the Corolla is a nice and comfortable ride for the consumer on a budget where fuel economy stands out as being important.

We bought our little car with friends and future family in mind...and we still have it. We've watched others around us struggle with repeated severe breakdowns, horrific fuel expenses, and astronomic repair costs. This little beauty still purrs along with nothing but minor maintenance. Child number three on its way and we are reluctant to upgrade for the needed extra space. Overall one of the most straightforward reliable and practical vehicles on the road.

If you you are looking for a car to take you from a to z on almost no gas? The Corolla is your car. Round trips Montreal -Quebec on half a tank is hard to beat. That said the interior design is from the 80s. The exterior is what it is and the comfort level is one of the lowest I have seen. The corrola is a reliable car that does not use a lot of gas and in this age that's very important.

I rented a compact car in 2003 and because the car i booked wasn't available, they upgraded me to the Corolla S. I say upgrade because it was a manual and normally rental companies don't carry manuals (so the owner told me). That car was so fun to drive. All the benefits from the regular corolla plus it was manual. It handled so well, and was very peppy. The shifting mechanism was smooth enough and the clutch wasn't too sensitive. I would recommend this car to anyone.

This a car for people who want to get the job done. Get yourself from A to B, don't expect to have a lot of FUN on the way.

Fun factor
-The handling is average, nothing more than what you would expect. (Nothing less either other than average and good for 'safe' driving).

Reliability
-This should be the Toyota tank, it keeps going.

Interior Space
-Its great if two people only commute and four (even five) need to come along occasionally, this is an economical car, you cannot have high expectations for comfort and interior room.

Overall
-If you are buying this car at the time i'm writing this (2012) then you are getting a much better than average quality vehicle that 'just gets the job done'.

I love the Sporty looks, the performance and the power were perfect specially on the highway runs perfect, low maintenance as long as you taken care the motor oil regularly you will be no having no problem at all and the fuel efficiency it's awesome.

This Toyota Corolla ended on its last tires with over 300,000 km!
It was a steady vehicle that got through many drives between two cities 200km away from each other for at least 8 years!

It was regularly maintained and finally was replaced 8 years later by another Toyota vehicle!!

I say this since I had this car for more than 10 years with minor issues. Filling up to fulltank gas is quite cheap as well. I applaud Toyota for making the most fuel efficient yet reliable car.
