Great truck Love the 4 doors and the canopy on the box the performance is good but fuel economy is not as good as the 4 l engine

The Explorer is the SUV that started the craze—and it’s still a contender, with a premium interior that seats seven, high-tech features, and robust mechanicals. It’s standard with front-wheel drive and a 290-hp V-6; all-wheel drive is optional. Other powertrains include a 280-hp turbo four and a 365-hp twin-turbo V-6. The V-6 also offers a Sport model with all-wheel drive and a sport-tuned chassis. While the Explorer offers a quiet cabin and a solid ride, it somehow feels larger than it is.

Have had this truck for 13 years, been very reliable, extemely handy, looks great as well.
Comfortable ride. Drives excellent in the snow.

The 2007 Sport Trac LTD is sporty, fast and extremely reliable.
I also own a 2010 LTD and the 2007 has options that are better than the 2010. The gauge locations and options and seat adjustments to name a few.
This vehicle is just as comfortable to drive off road as well as on.
It has the acceleration you need when you need it, and drives like a dream.
What can I say. I liked this vehicle so much, I bought a second one.

The Sport trac is one of the best trucks all round I've experienced.If you've never tried one this is a perfect opportunity.

Bought this car and got exactly what i expected. A ford mid sized V6 truck. Everything worked well in this truck and the gas was surprisingly good. Would recommend to anyone

very happy, so much so i bought another ford sport trac. love the sunroof and back power window. 2 wheel drive makes it easy on fuel, with lots of power. running boards make easy entrance, key less entry is a great asset, enjoyed great long distance driving in comfort also driving lights for night driving, easy truck to park.

loved it, a must have.this is the one for me. ride and handleing good with more leg room than before. better gas mileage styling way up on my list also. rims are more sporty as well and the sub woofer is kicking too. But the v8 under the hood is very smooth along with the handling is tops for myself. this will be a keeper for a very long time in garage and out on the road.

This Ford Sport Trac has always been reliable. Super car/truck. Excellent in snow and ice. Superb visibility. Great to maneuvre.

owned this truck for over 5 years and had no major problems or repairs needed. powerful for being only 210 horse power. Love this truck.

Great little truck / SUV that did our family great. Great in snowy conditions with 4x4 auto. Lots of power and comfort of a bigger truck but easier to park and maneuver. Better on gas as well. Always maintained and any servicing was done at the dealership or my mechanic shop.

Inherited another truck so we have decided to sell this one.

In a nut shell - dependable, reliable and attractive ride! Too bad they stopped making them. What other vehicles offers you the convenience of a 4 door pick up with the interior of a luxury car. 325000 KM's on mine and I never saw the check engine light come on - ever! A lot of power for towing your toys or just getting where u need to be quicker... Lots of interior space for 5 people.

I have been driving this truck since 2006. It has been amazing on gas, reliability and comfort. The functionality of the sport trac is fantastic! The box is big enough to move a load of lumber and small enough that you don't feel like you're in a tank. I have used the vehicle for mostly highway driving as my job requires me to travel to the four corners of the province.

The Explorer Sport Trac is not for everyone as other trucks can certainly haul more, have bigger beds and some even have better fuel economy. However, the Sport Trac is still a great little truck in its own way. Its smaller size certainly lends itself well to urban environments yet allows for some towing and hauling ability when necessary, more than most even need. Being that mine is the Adrenalin model it is also very well equipped and comfortable. I do wish the ride was softer at times as the 20 inch rims and sporty-feeling ride can be rough on long trips but this also has to do with its truck abilities. We bought it brand new and it is now pushing 100,000km with very little problems to speak of, mostly just maintenance. My main issues are electronic involving navigation system software issues and the SYNC system not functioning properly. These issues are usually fixed easily but are nonetheless annoying and resulted in my decision to deduct a star from reliability. As expected, fuel economy is not a strong point with its 4.6L V8. Overall, it's a stylish, well-equipped truck that is reasonably reliable.

so here i go me suv is the best i always buy ford but this one is every thing comfort is great the performance is good very good on gas the inside and outside is very nice

it has been a wonderful experience i have the luxury of car but the hauling capacity . love it i have never broken down anywhere with this truck and it has been all over we have taken it down to arizona last winter and i travel to calgary and fort st john quite often and i travel alone quite abit. as a woman traveling alone it is great that it does not leave me stranded it is a nice looking vehical it has a sun roof and is leather inside with heated seats pretty much loaded . all i can say about it is i love it and would get a new one but they do not make them anymore

Rides smooth--has everything at finger tips--good on gas--comfortable to ride in for hrs'' Lots of room. Love it

I find the sport trac adrenaline is a nifty little truck. It is comfortable inside and roomy. We are a family of 5 and all fit in comfortably. My husband likes the performance of this truck and I like the fact that I can drive it and fell like I'm in an SUV but have the flat bed of a truck. Great for when we go skiing or have other sport gear. Would take this truck on long hauls and plan to use it to pull our hybrid trailer.

I've been driving this SUV for about a year now, and ive just been having problem after problem after problem. The steering wheel wont stop shaking, the wheel berrings need replacing every few months, it has ZERO control in wet or frozen weather, even WITH the 4 wheel on. I will never buy an explorer again! id rather drive a smart car!

Have owned this car for six years. Live in the bush, road not always plowed. Seldom need 4X4. Hauls a trailer easily.

had a few issues truck but with anything you're going to have a few problems here and there but over it looks nice its super conferable to drive and its got a great look when your just driving down the road.

I upgraded from a 2003 Ford Explorer Sport Trac to a 2009 Adrenalin sport trac. Wow is all I can say. If you want room for 5, a smaller truck box you need one of these. Unfortunately 2010 was the last year Ford made these. Maybe one day they will bring it back.

Overall, the 2010 Ford Explorer Sport Trac is a well-rounded, family-friendly utility vehicle with plenty of appeal for the niche buyer. Choosing one is really a matter of personal preference and budget, but we think you'll be quite satisfied if you wind up with the Ford in your driveway.

Best vehicle I have owned. 5 years and no issues. Only selling this as we need more room to accomodate kids. Highly recommend buying this car!!
