Ferrari – we know you don’t have the ability to laugh at yourself, especially when someone messes with your perfect little Prancing Horse. Thankfully, Nissan is here to help us laugh at you a bit.
As we reported before, our favourite electronic artist deadmau5 was sent a ‘cease and desist’ notice by Ferrari. The gist of the order was this: don’t mess with Ferrari emblems and floor mats, or feel the mafia-esque wrath of Modena’s legal team.
Nissan couldn’t leave well enough alone, though, and made its own Nyan Cat GT-R (or is that GT-Purrr?) for deadmau5.
While the cyan-and-toaster-strudel-cat wrapped car is most certainly a Photoshop job, even featuring a ‘Spec deadmau5’ badge below the GT-R emblem at the rear, Zimmerman is already looking forward to the Purrari replacement: a McLaren 650S Spider.
