Sometimes we pick our Find of the Week because it's a rare or cool model. Sometimes we pick it because it's a car that was owned by someone famous, or the car itself was in a movie or on TV. Sometimes the ad is just so good that it doesn't matter what the car is. And then, every once in a while, you get an ad that strikes a chord.
This ad has more plot than your average TV drama. It's a poetic tale of joy, anger, heartbreak, and not losing hope in the inherent goodness of...well, a car. And we know the photo isn't the best, but when you're trying to move on from a bad breakup, the last thing you want to do is take time for a photoshoot of a bad memory.
This is a 2000 Volkswagen Jetta, and it's for sale in Calgary. The seller bought the car as a gift, but had his heart broken by the woman he bought it for.
Here's the tragic tale, and note that we haven't edited it for errors. This stands on its own:

Like the seller said, this Jetta has one of the best powertrains that you could get in a Jetta that year, at least. That means a five-speed manual and the VR6 engine that offers up 174 hp and 181 lb-ft of torque. It is one of the sportiest compact sedans from the early 2000s.
The Jetta offers up 368 L of cargo space, which should be enough to hold the baggage that this car comes with.
