Honda Accord 1997Change

I've owned my car for 13 years. I'm soon due for a new one, but only because in the event of a collision it will be written off by my insurance company. I haven't had a repair in three years, but I do regular maintenance and inspections twice a year. The car always starts, unless an interior light is left on. I do want to get a new Honda, but it's hard to go from paying very little, to paying $500 a month. Of course my luck in this car will run out soon as it's 20 years old. The car doesn't make any noises. The bad part is that the air conditioning can no longer be charged, and the cost to replace/update is over $1000, so I haven't had this work done. Not having air conditioning is not the best.

This car has been a joy to drive. It has the smoothest transmission I have ever driven, and I've owned an RX8 and Subaru WRX. Light weight, powerful, and perfectly tuned suspension. This is the only car I've owned that I did not want to modify. I felt like it would ruin a perfectly balanced ride that Honda engineers tuned to perfection. Won't find anything like it here, yet most of the Honda parts are interchangeable. Had to replace a timing belt at 110K, but no complaints from the car whatsoever.

My parents bought this car new. I became the owner about 4 years later when they weren't able to drive any longer. This Honda has survived two small kids (one is now driving it and is looking forward to making it his own), hockey, baseball, softball, a job that put me on the highways year round. It just won't quit! 351,000kms and no signs of stopping-gotta love Hondas!

I love my Honda Accord. It is reliable and comfortable to drive. When this car finally dies, I will buy another Honda Accord.

i bought an accord a few years ago and thought it was an all around decent car for the price. Never had any major problems with the car, needed only minor maintenance, and one wheel bearing.

Have a 570 000 k/m motor and still working....!!! Very nice exterior design, and leather interior make it class and clean!.

I drove this car so much!... very reliable vehicle no matter how old this car is. I drove 140km everyday.
