Honda Accord 1982-2016Change

This is one of the Honda's most popular Accords, runs very well, fuel economy is amazing. Even though there are few small fender benders, this vehicle should work well for a buyer in a budget.

My 3rd Accord, second one was 10 yrs old., first coupe., man has the technology changed in ten years., love it.

We bought the car new end of 2008, has been great car. changing it coz we need a bigger car. This is great on gas even though it has 6 cylinders, 270 horse power. We have always been very religious for regular maintenance, in return, it never had problems on us. we changed the tires and battery. The car is very comfortable with powered seats and powered mirrors, very spacious inside the car comparing to a lot of the sedan on the market. The car is still super clean, in GREAT condition..will be a great buy!!!!

This is very comfortable and safe car with excellent fuel economy. I drive it every day and my love for this car increases every day.

Properly maintained can last and last. Good fuel economy and soft ride with comfy seats. Decent size and great shape to minimize wind resistance. Huge trunk with folding back seats creates a large cargo capacity. Low level of electronics make the battery last more years and makes the car simpler to repair and lower price on parts. V-Tech engine gives a lot of power. Mileage and age do not lower the quality of the ride. It is a grate choice for all ages. I would recommend this car to everybody who respects comfort, reliability and fuel economy of Honda Accord.

The Accord is reliable and a 10 best Car and driver repeat winner. The car has never let me down. The rear seat leg room is more than adequate and is first in its class.

I bought this car when I retired and so I haven't put a lot of kilometers on it but I've taken good care of it and it has proven to be a very reliable car. There is no rust and it looks like new. I'm very proud of it.

This car has been a joy to drive. It has the smoothest transmission I have ever driven, and I've owned an RX8 and Subaru WRX. Light weight, powerful, and perfectly tuned suspension. This is the only car I've owned that I did not want to modify. I felt like it would ruin a perfectly balanced ride that Honda engineers tuned to perfection. Won't find anything like it here, yet most of the Honda parts are interchangeable. Had to replace a timing belt at 110K, but no complaints from the car whatsoever.

The only complaint I would have with this car (EX-L V6) is that Honda used glass lenses for the fog lights. Needless to say, within a few months, both were either cracked or smashed from rock impacts. Lenses cannot be purchased on their own so each foglight will cost $500 to replace.

Drives wonderfully not problems at all. Changed timing belt at 120K and no other issues since then. Moderately good on gas, the 4 cylinder version lacks power for accelration but drives great if you are not into aggressive driving. Sound system with the premium verwsion is phenomenal, sic speakers with sub woofers delivers great sound for cruising and rocking to the beat.

Great on gas, always starts, never gave us trouble, smooth ride. Very well taken care of, this car could last you forever.

The leather seats, the sunroof and alloy wheels always made it feel like a luxury car to me. Honda makes great cars.

This car has been extremely reliable and a very quiet ride in the 4 years as a second owner. The maintenance on this car has never slid and the body is in excellent condition for a car of this age. You need to drive it to appreciate the value.

We had a 2011 Honda Accord coupe and loved it. So much that we bought a new 2013!! The Accord got better mileage the more it was driven and was never once in for any issues.

Comfort: I am 6 ft 3in tall and when driving this car my head will scrape against the roof even with the seat "sunk" as far to the floor as the electronic controls will allow. This problem does not happen when I'm in any of the passenger seats.
Performance: Excellent "get-up-and-go" shifts very nicely and handles with minimum effort.
Fuel Economy: I believe this to be advertised. I usually get 2-2.5 weeks out of one tank of gas with city driving everyday.
Interior Design: My problem with drivers seat comfort is reflected here but not as severely because otherwise the rest of the car is very comfortable. Visibility is also an issue sometimes especially with the rear window.
Exterior Design: I do not like that all recent Honda models have a large protruding trunk.
Reliability: I have, not once, taken this car to a mechanic except for regular maintenance.

I have owned this car for 5 years. Bought it used with 80,000KM. It now has 150,000 KM's. I use this car as my winter car in Canada and drive it for 6 months of the year in the worst coldest weather. This car is the most reliable car I have ever owned. Never let's me down in the coldest weather. I have put nothing into this car except timing belt , brakes etc. normal maintenance and wear and tear stuff.
Car still drives like new. Looks like new after a car wash. Some rust just starting inside back wheel well.
Cannot recommend a better used car to buy for all the years I have been driving new a used cars.

Runs solid never once I had an issue with the vehicle always been serviced at honda always hwy driven perfect for a new driver or someone who's just looking for a used vehicle
