1997 BMW 3 Series

Great sports car
With the I6 motor this car is a blast to drive. Plenty of power and with good tires the cornering is amazing. The engine has a lot of torque so it can really get the car going without having to reach high RPM. Since the car is pretty narrow it's well suited for zipping around tight city streets or cruising the highway.

I wish it had more cupholders but besides that the interior is nice. Dual automatic climate control is a handy option. The cargo straps in the trunk are also pretty useful.

Sport Sedan Legend!
Perfectly balanced power, handling, braking in this classic design. Always run beautifully, with regular service and only minor issues along the way. Heated seats in the winter, comfortably cool AC with sunroof for summer. Manual transmission allows for economical driving or spirited runs. A little TLC can continue years on the road or track.

its horrible

I have had this car for a couple of years. It now breaks down quite often, there is no heat. The car was practical for me in the beginning but now that I have a family it no longer fits the needs of my family and I. My BMW is the only family vehicle we have. The interior is in bad shape and beaten up. The hood of the car does not stay down, I needed to install hood pins in order for the hood to stay down. My bmw seems to be revving by itself now, this is one of the many problems that I have been having with this car. There is not enough space for my baby's car seat in the back and the seats are really worn out. Also, my driver's side window cannot open. The cigarette lighter does not work.

Amazing machine
This last uear for the e36 model is incredible. Comfort speed and cunning lines. This car has never let me down and has rarely not gotten a complement at the car washes on sundays. The best part about this car is ive had to do no work to it besides regular maintenace.

BMW 335 Cabriolet
The car is very comfortable with excellent handling and power to spare. The blue tooth works seemlessly, with a high quality audio system. The cabin air system provides a clear comfortable environment. The rear seating is a little cramped, but the front seats are very comfortable with full adjustments and support, and a controlled heating and customised support. With the winter tire set, the car performs as well in winter or summer and has been a pleasure to drive.

Bimmer world
My first Bimmer and I have enjoyed it. Bought used and been driving it for over 5 years,
Reliability has been good. Never been towed in that time after driving over 130,000 kms. Car now has 275,000 kms.
Most repairs normam wear and tear.
That includes brakes, shocks/struts and radiator at 13 years old.
Issue with these cars is electronics. Issues with radio and computer screens. Easy to fix for do it your selfer.

Now looking to replace this car with newer model.
Even wife who is not a "car person", loves driving this car. Great handling.

Next car must me manual and have M package that adds lots of nice goodies.

Have had some rust issues. Only real complaint about car.
Also, parts are more in Canada than in US at dealers. Why?
